Q: What if I need to change my personal information?
A: Please make sure any change of contact information like delivery address, email address service@mollycloset.com  before shipment.

Q: What if I want to change or cancel my order?
A: Any cancellation and change on the order please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order otherwise we cannot cancel or change.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal payments. And Bank/Credit Card

Q: When will my order be processed?
A: Orders will be processed within 24 hours and all orders are shipped out within 3 business days.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Shipment will arrive in 15-25 business days(Free shipping). 3-10 business days in DHL/Fedex/UPS/Aremax

RETURN POLICY

Q: What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery otherwise we can’t offer a refund.

Q: Will shipment fees be covered for my returns?
A: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
